Global Tower Partners to Market and Lease Rooftop Access to Wireless Carriers for Properties Owned by the Seattle Housing Authority
Addition Enhances GTP’s Growing Master Leased Rooftop Portfolio
BOCA RATON, FL, November 6, 2008 – Global Tower Partners (“GTP”) announced today it has signed a definitive agreement with the Seattle Housing Authority; a Seattle, Washington public corporation that provides affordable housing in Seattle, to market and manage access to more than 80 of their residential properties to wireless carriers.
