Purpose:   

A goal-orientated professional with property or asset management experience in commercial real estate and/or wireless sites to work with Vice President of Real Estate to achieve department goals.

Job Functions:

  • Account Manager for existing Real Estate client portfolio accounts
  • Real Estate client advocate within GTP coordinate with field teams, leasing and site management, and HQ teams, finance, IT and legal.
  • Assist VP with identification of new clients; analyzing portfolios; responding to RFPs; creating standardized proposals and projections, negotiating Management Agreement deal terms
  • Up sell management services, master-sublease program, and DAS rights to existing clients
  • Manage integration process post closing:
  • Perform full site document review, abstraction, and analysis
  • Oversee creation and delivery of all tenant notifications - mail merge and email
  • Oversee creation of internal physical and electronic files and folders
  • Coordinate hand off to Leasing, Operations and Finance
  • Post-closing assist with notification to tenants and ground owners as required
  • Post closing assist with any questions that various other departments may have once assets are integratedAssist with conversion of existing clients to Master Lease program
  • Assist VP of DAS in securing exclusive rights to buildings; managing expectations of clients in DAS management and construction
  • Manage back-office team in Vice President's absence

 Key Skills:

  • Team player with the ability to work under pressure; independently and within a team; ability to give clear direction and keep team on track
  • Problem solver with attention to detail to drill down, break down problems to solve each piece, but also ability to see beyond or outside of current processes to achieve goals - an independent thinker
  • Strong leasing document and negotiation skills
  • Rooftop wireless site management experience a major plus

 Working Conditions and Physical Demands: 

Position will work directly from the corporate office with monthly travel. Candidate is expected to have flexible hours.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 5 years experience in real estate and/or wireless site management
  2. 4 year degree required - preferably in communications, business or other related field
  3. Sales and/or sales management experience desirable
  4. Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team
  5. Superior communications skills - communicates clearly both verbally and written
  6. Highly proficient user of Microsoft Office - including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  7. Real Estate experience - property, asset or portfolio management
  8. Rooftop and in-building telecom leasing experience desired
