Portfolio Expands GTP's National Footprint in Urban Locations
BOCA RATON, FL - Global Tower Partners ("GTP") today announced the recent acquisition of two hundred thirty five (235) communications towers from AT&T Mobility ("AT&T") (NYSE:T).
"We believe these locations are an excellent complement to our core owned tower portfolio and will assist our customers in addressing their future coverage needs" said Marc C. Ganzi, chief executive officer, Global Tower Partners.
The towers GTP acquired are located in 24 states throughout the U.S. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
RBC Daniels acted as exclusive financial advisor to AT&T in the transaction.
